Refund Policy

1.GENERAL POLICY
All purchases made on DuoSort are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly and yearly subscription fees, plan upgrades or downgrades, and repeat purchases to reset usage limits. Once a payment is successfully processed via Polar.sh, we are unable to issue a refund, reversal, or credit for change of mind or dissatisfaction.
2.TOKEN AND USAGE-BASED LIMITATIONS
DuoSort operates on a token-based allocation system. Refunds will not be granted if any portion of the monthly token allotment has been consumed. This includes, but is not limited to, the initiation of profile trackers, data exports (CSV/PDF/JSON), or the generation of analytics reports.
3.DUPLICATE OR ACCIDENTAL CHARGES
If you believe you have been wrongfully charged more than once or have made an accidental payment, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction. If verified and if no tokens have been utilized from the accidental purchase, we will issue a refund for the duplicate or mistaken charge.
4.TECHNICAL ISSUES & SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
Refunds are not provided for temporary technical issues or interruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram or TikTok). We may consider a refund only if a system-wide failure on DuoSort's end significantly prevents access to purchased features for an extended period and our team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
5.FREE PLAN AND BILLING
DuoSort offers a free plan with limited features. If you are using the free plan, no payment will be collected. For paid plans, billing occurs immediately upon subscribing. No refunds will be issued for accidental subscriptions or change of mind.
6.CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting DuoSort support first is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to permanently terminate or ban any DuoSort account, associated workspaces, and IP addresses that initiate a chargeback for services already rendered or tokens already consumed.
