1.PAYMENT PROCESSOR
All payments for DuoSort are securely processed through Polar.sh. We do not store or process your credit card information directly. Polar.sh manages subscriptions, billing cycles, and payment verification using industry-standard encryption.
2.PRICING AND PLANS
DuoSort offers three tiers of Monthly and Yearly subscription plans. Each plan provides a specific allotment of tokens used for sorting operations within the Chrome Extension. Prices are primarily listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change; active subscribers will be notified of any material changes.
3.TOKEN ALLOTMENT AND RESET
Tokens are consumed each time the DuoSort extension performs a sort operation. Your token balance resets automatically at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle based on your selected plan.
No Rollover: Unused tokens from a previous billing cycle do not roll over to the next month. It is the user's responsibility to utilize their allotted tokens within the active billing period.
4.BILLING CYCLE AND AUTO-RENEWAL
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (Monthly or Yearly). To ensure uninterrupted service, all subscriptions renew automatically. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal at any time via app.duosort.com/billing before your next scheduled payment.
5.UPGRADES AND DOWNGRADES
Plan modifications are tied to your unique Google-authenticated email address:
- Upgrades: Switching to a higher-tier plan happens immediately. A prorated charge will be applied for the remainder of the current cycle, and your token allotment will be adjusted to the new plan level.
- Downgrades: Switching to a lower-tier plan takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to your current features and tokens until the cycle concludes.
6.CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time or tokens.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis to prevent fraudulent chargebacks. If you experience a technical failure that prevents service use, please contact support within 7 days of the transaction.
7.TAXES AND FEES
Applicable taxes (such as VAT or Sales Tax) may be added to your subscription total based on your billing address and local regulations. You are responsible for any such taxes as required by your local jurisdiction.
8.FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment renewal fails, access to premium features and automated tracking will be temporarily suspended. You will receive an email notification to update your payment method via the Polar.sh portal before the subscription is permanently cancelled.
